This weeks quarantine cheers comes from Ieva O'Noel at NENI in Amsterdam. Her signature cocktail is the Yellow Negroni
30 ml Martini Ambrato
25 ml Suze
Pour all ingredients over ice into a stirring glass and stir for about 30 seconds
Place cubes of ice into a glass and pour the negroni
Garnish with a slice of lemon
