What's in season - February
We're in what we now call the leaner months, not as much available but still enough to play with. The game season is coming to a close so less available this month. Marmalade season will be in full flow for some of you and blood oranges can be found in the shops and supermarkets. Sadly I'm not a huge fan of marmalade, but I may make some orange curd this season.

Clams, cockles, dab, dover sole, gurnard, haddock, halibut, hake, langoustine, lemon sole, lobster, mackerel, mussels, oysters, red mullet, salmon, scallops (queen), skate, turbot, winkles
