The seasonal larder is now at it's most bountiful and now is the time to make the most of what's available. Jam making, pickling and preserving should be in full swing to make sure there's some summer in your larder in the upcoming autumnal months. Or you can simply enjoy whats on offer as it will certainly be at its best.
