This weeks cheers comes from Flying Dutchmen Cocktails in Amsterdam with their signature

Flying Dutchman Cocktail

45ml Bols barrel aged genever
30ml lemon juice
15ml speculaas gum syrup
2 dashes Gary Regan orange bitters
1 dash TBT orange flower water

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen embassy glass
Garnish with orange zest and an edible flower
