What's in season - May
Slowly the spring larder is beginning to fill up. More veg available this month and asparagus season will now be well underway. Wild garlic will just be finishing so make the most of it. This month heralds the start of lighter and brighter eating, out with the stews and heavy soups, in with salads and greens.
