Happy Birthday to me, three years on.
Where does the time go? Three years ago today Kitchen Exile was born. A lot of recipes have been sent out into the ether in that time. The past year has found me very busy in the kitchen both indoor and outdoor.
This last year has seen some new collaborations with local Businesses such as Ataros spices and also cooking at the Big Green Egg Flavour Fair, as well as a recent collaboration with Magimix Netherlands, testing their Cook Expert. I'm also grateful for support from local businesses such as Kitchen Art here in Leiden.
I'd just like to say a big thank you to you, my readers for your support and I hope that you've enjoyed the recipes so far and I have many more waiting in the wings for the upcoming year!
