This weeks quarantine cheers comes from Francesco Murgia of The court in the Hague. Their signature cocktail is called Passionate smoker.

Fortaleza Tequila blanco infused with Madame Jeanette chili pepper (3/4 Oz),

Del Maguey Vida Mezcal (3/4 Oz),

Agave syrup (1/2 Oz),

Passion fruit puree (3/4 Oz)

Fever Tree Ginger beer

Put all the ingredients, apart from the ginger beer in a shaker

Shake, strain into a chilled pipe glass, top up with the ginger beer

Garnish: orange wheel with lapsang souchong tea (to burn)
