Merry Eggsmas

Well I'm sitting here in front of a roaring fire, replete having done the marathon cote de boeuf sous vided and finally chargrilling on the egg.

So I'll keep this short and sweet and just let you know what I enjoyed. Sadly no pics as I was too hungry and cold after cooking outside. All there is for me to do is to wish you all a happy christmas wherever you may be.

Today's menu: Cote de boeuf with epoisse sauce, texel aardappel dauphinoise, and hawksmoor roast mushrooms
