It's be a while and I've been remiss with the blog,  but there is much to tell.

I do have a good excuse (honest) I have been eating and drinking my way through Champagne and Burgundy with a sidestep to Lyon for the past few weeks.

So now my favourite time of the year is underway and I have some spare time to flex my cooking muscles and also see what's seasonal, I will also be making a return trip to Copenhagen.
